human rights...yeah!

yeah..its human rights watch..

i've read newspaper of utusan malaysia which i can't remember what date it was..
its about the toture using water boarding..
this water boarding torture is mock execution by drowning..

the CIA Director Michael Hayden says that..
the water boarding- described as simulated drowning, on three suspects captured after the September 11 attacks of 2001..
they are..Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and senior al Qaeda leaders Abu Zubaydah and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri

Hayden testified that at the time water boarding was used it was believed that "additional catastrophic attacks against the homeland were imminent" and the CIA had limited intelligence on al Qaeda. "Those two realities have changed," he said.

Congress is considering banning water boarding, a move opposed by the Bush administration, which insists it neither uses nor condones torture.

"water boarding is torture, and torture is a crime," Human Rights Watch said in response to Hayden's testimony..

its clear enough how this method used by the US milliatary is "cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment."

it is really scary when i read through the newspaper about this cruel thing..
i thought the era of Pharaoh has gone..

so..the human rights watch and other concern organizations has put tjis water boarding is one of the crime in world..

its really sad when we thought that we had a peace and matured thinking of peoples but actually..its not.


bring us peace...stop the torture..
